Michael Kliegman will discuss the work of lawyers in accounting firms, some rules overseeing them, and whether these firms compete with law firms.
Michael Kliegman, Senior Counsel, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than two decades, and also worked as an attorney in the national office of the Internal Revenue Service.
