September 12 @ 12:45 pm1:45 pm

Whistleblower programs help to stop companies and individuals who defraud the government and taxpayers out of billions of dollars every year. How does one initiate whistleblower litigation? Are there protections against retaliation? What ethical issues do lawyers face when representing whistleblowers?

John Howley ’89, a trial lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience representing clients in government investigations, trials, and appeals, will discuss these and other questions.
