Michael Pasinkoff is an assistant district attorney in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit of the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit, he served as the Deputy Chief of the Hate Crimes Unit for more than three and a half years. Mr. Pasinkoff investigates and prosecutes homicides and other serious violent felonies. He focuses on conducting long-term investigations into gangs and other groups engaged in street violence.
