DATES AND TIMES
Monday, April 13 to Friday, April 17
Monday–Thursday: 12:45 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. / 1:20 p.m. to 1:50 p.m.

HOW TO ATTEND
You are already enrolled in a Blackboard course titled “14313.202001: Academic Affairs Course – Spring2020.” Access the open house sessions through the Zoom tab in this course.
You may attend as many sessions as you like. They will also be recorded and posted.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is your chance to learn about experiential courses and programs, as well as academic center curricula, as you plan your classes and activities for next year. Explore:
Clinics | Externships | Simulation Courses | Field Placement and Seminar Courses | Upper-Level Writing Courses | Competition Teams (Moot Court Association, Trial Competition Team, Dispute Resolution Team) | Certificate Programs (Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Program, Advocacy Program) | Academic Centers
Sessions are grouped by subject area or skills taught. The appropriate faculty members will provide a brief overview of their course or program, and you will have the opportunity to chat with them and current/former students. There is a general Q&A session on the final day.
IMPORTANT ENROLLMENT DATES
Enrollment in many courses—particularly clinics, some simulation courses, and field placement and seminar courses—involves a time-sensitive pre-registration application process that begins on Friday, April 17. Learn about the courses and process early so you’re ready.
Check the portal on Thursday, April 9 to view the OCEL Information Packet 2020–21. Find the packet under Student Resources>Academics>OCEL in the portal. The packet includes information about OCEL courses and the application and registration process.
We look forward to seeing you soon! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact email@example.com.
