Given the multifaceted nature of family, family law matters run the gamut—from child welfare, parental rights, and juvenile delinquency to adoption, reproductive health, and surrogacy. Current family law practitioners will offer their perspectives on different aspects of family law in the public sector, including the provision of legal services for children and parents involved in family court proceedings and the implementation of legislative and public policy initiatives. A networking reception will follow.
