This 37-minute video is intended to assist client representatives in mediation to get the best possible result from the process. 

The film addresses the entire process, from engaging a mediator to papering the resulting agreement.  It can be viewed as a whole, or the viewer may select a particular topic from nine separate modules.

The film was supported by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Program and the James Tricarico Jr. Institute for the Business of Law and In-House Counsel at New York Law School.  New York Law School offers this film without fee for use by mediation provider organizations, bar associations, training professionals, individual client representatives, and others.  The film is intended to be cross-cultural.
