New York Law School and the Historical Society of the New York Courts present the second program in the Judicial Conversation Series, bringing together two high court judges from New York and South Africa for a discussion about the rule of law and constitutionalism. This program will dive into judicial decision-making and important cases decided by the New York State Court of Appeals and the Constitutional Court of South Africa, while also exploring the importance of working with and learning from other international jurisdictions.
