The first all-day program ever conducted to address the ethics rules that apply to Court-Appointed Neutrals (“special masters” or “referees”). This groundbreaking, CLE and CJE-accredited symposium will bring together judges, lawyers, neutrals, and ethicists to begin developing fair and effective principles of ethics for court-appointed neutrals–a critical issue as courts across the country expand their use of these roles.
