To commemorate 50 years since the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark decision on students’ disciplinary due process rights, join civil rights attorneys, education law experts, the Solutions Not Suspensions coalition, and New York State Attorney General and legislative representatives for a symposium reflecting upon the impact of Goss v. Lopez on students’ access to education and the future of students’ educational rights under United States and New York law.
