Please keep in mind that because our clinic is staffed by law students, we serve the majority of our clients exclusively during the academic year (September to May). Consequently, the timing of your legal needs may be a determinative factor in assessing our ability to represent your business.

We provide legal assistance to small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and community-based organizations that are unable to pay market rates for legal services and fit our other selection criteria.
