Advanced Sports Law

This course shall take an advanced approach and dig deeper into the topics raised in sports law. More importantly, this class will explore how agents, arbitrators, and attorneys interface with one another and shall include, among other things, the review actual complaints, contracts, and motions filed in relevant sports law cases.

This course shall take an advanced approach and dig deeper into the topics raised in sports law. More importantly, this class will explore how agents, arbitrators, and attorneys interface with one another and shall include, among other things, the review actual complaints, contracts, and motions filed in relevant sports law cases. In addition, students shall engage in in-class group exercises. All topics are designed to have students apply their lawyering skills directly to the field of sports. This will take these in-class exercises to the next logical, advanced level to help students gain practical legal experience.
