The course will introduce students to cybersecurity compliance from an in-house perspective. Cybersecurity is a growing practice area for outside counsel and has the potential to be a required skill for in-house lawyers. All firms need to comply with the cybersecurity laws and rules which apply to their organization, pre-breach due diligence is essential.

This is a seminar course with a few writing and research assignments.
