This writing and research course teaches the skills needed to draft transactional documents in the context of labor and employment legal practice. Drafting assignments may include employment letters, employment contracts, nondisclosure agreements, noncompetition agreements, and/or independent contractor agreements.

This course satisfies the Writing Requirement. It does not satisfy the Experiential Learning Requirement. Enrollment is limited.
