This course covers administration of an estate, beginning with a practical review of the probate process; procedures to collect assets and the payment of expenses; filing of estate tax returns and payment of taxes; and preparing the final account and settlement of the estate.

This upper-level skills course focuses on the process and procedures for administering an estate.
