Matrimonial and family law is a deeply personal area of the law that has a profound impact on children and families. There are a number of paths to a successful career in family practice, where practitioners must navigate not only the governing bodies of law, but also the complex family dynamics that underlie a given case.
As part of an hour-long discussion, current matrimonial and family law attorneys will offer their perspectives on different aspects of matrimonial and family law, including matrimonial and family court litigation, child representation, and alternative dispute resolution. An hour-long networking reception will follow, where current students and alumni will have an opportunity to converse with the panelists about the practice of matrimonial and family law.
