Join Susan J. Abraham, Professor of Law at NYLS and Director of the Restorative Justice Project, and Erin Daly, Professor Emerita of Law at Widener University Delaware Law School and Director of the Dignity Rights Institute, for an engaging discussion on human dignity and the law. Drawing on Professor Daly’s recent publication, A Research Agenda for Human Dignity and the Law, this conversation will examine how dignity functions across human rights frameworks and varies across legal and cultural contexts worldwide.
