Klein Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and former judicial clerk to Justice Thurgood Marshall, will join Rebecca Roiphe, Joseph Solomon Distinguished Professor of Law, and Professor David Simson for a conversation on Justice Marshall’s visionary legal work and legacy. The event will be moderated by John Marshall Harlan II Professor of Law and Director of the Racial Justice Project Penelope Andrews.
