As the United States emerged from crises and conflicts at pivotal moments in its history—ranging from the end of the Civil War, World War I, and the Cold War—what has been the role of the President in transitional justice? Join us for a conversation between two preeminent scholars as they discuss U.S. leadership in conflict resolution and reconciliation and its long-term implications for America and the world.
