Within the epicenter of the global financial market, there are boundless opportunities for New York Law School students to advance their careers in business law and financial services. Whether you’re interested in securities, tax, tech startups, or major real estate deals, you won’t want to miss this session.
Join us for a great virtual conversation with several recent alumni, moderated by Professor Erik Lane ’15, discussing how New York Law School has prepared them for careers in business and financial law.
Prior to joining the NYLS faculty, Erik Lane ’15 was a litigation associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP for over seven years combined. At these firms, he handled a wide range of complex commercial litigation, including chapter 11 restructuring, white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, securities, and other contract and regulatory matters. He also maintained a robust pro bono practice, largely focused on helping human trafficking survivors vacate their trafficking-related convictions.
