Community Days: Law in Context workshops provide students with an opportunity to examine American law and legal institutions in the context of the role of race in our history, politics, and culture.
Jeff Wice, Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Law and Director of the New York Elections, Census, and Redistricting Institute, will be in conversation with Ben Max, Executive Editor and Program Director of the Center for New York City and State Law and Adjunct Professor, about the history of election law and race in the United States and its impact on contemporary legal issues.
This event is co-sponsored by the NYLS Chapter of the American Constitution Society.
