Building on the success of last year’s inaugural symposium, and in cooperation with the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals, this hybrid program will convene judges, attorneys, court-appointed neutrals, academics, and ethics professionals for thoughtful discussion on the evolving ethical landscape of court-appointed neutral practice. The symposium will explore emerging issues, best practices, and the continuing effort to define and strengthen ethical standards in the profession.
