Culture is an aspect of the dispute resolution process that is gradually receiving more attention. But what exactly does culture mean in this context? Is cross-cultural dispute resolution a subject of interest only in the international setting, or is it also seen in the domestic context? SPEAKER
Ilhyung Lee, Director, Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution and Edward W. Hinton Professor of Law
