Meyers, Director of the Ronald H. Filler Institute for Financial Services Law, as they talk about his mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice which includes divestiture transactions such as spin-offs, split-offs, and carveouts; his career in the M&A field; and general advice for students interested in this area of law.
