Join Institute Director and Professor Howard S. Meyers for a conversation with Marcia S. Cohen, an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, as they discuss trial preparation, being persuasive and professional in the courtroom, and the path to becoming an Assistant U.S. Attorney.
