Errol B. Taylor ’87, a member of the NYLS Board of Trustees and Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Law, is a preeminent intellectual property attorney with decades of expertise in complex technology protection, licensing, and other transactions. He led Milbank LLP’s biopharma patent practice from 2003 through 2020, and served as lead trial counsel in numerous multiparty, multinational cases involving some of the world’s most prescribed medicines.
