Lack of affordable housing presents major social, economic, and personal challenges. One partial solution is private-sector development of affordable residences utilizing public incentives and collaboration. The session will explore the various terms and players in affordable housing development.
Danielle Ash ’13 is a partner at Adler & Stachenfeld LLP. She co-chairs the Firm’s Ground Leases and Impact Practices. As Co-Chair of the Ground Leases Practice, Ash specializes in complex sale-leasebacks and ground lease financing structures. As Co-Chair of the Impact Real Estate Practice, she works with a variety of stakeholders in affordable and workforce housing transactions and helps to source capital connections for different investors.
