Just steps from city government offices, nonprofits, and the courts, New York Law School is at the center of it all. If you’re passionate about making a difference—whether through public interest work, government service, or advancing social justice—this three-part virtual series is for you.

Join us to explore how NYLS prepares students for meaningful careers serving the public good, both in and out of the classroom.

In this simulated law class, you’ll get an overview on redistricting and voting rights law and learn more about how state and local governments develop redistricting plans. Jeffrey M. Wice, is a Distinguished Fellow and Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Law as well as the Director of NYLS’s New York Elections, Census, and Redistricting Institute. He teaches Elections, Redistricting, and Voting Rights; and Voting Rights and Redistricting: Reshaping American Democracy.
