Deeply disturbing and traumatic video was released this weekend showing the horrific beating of Tyre Nichols, a young Black man, which ultimately led to his death. The police officers involved have been criminally charged with his murder.

Why do young Black people keep getting killed by the police? What does this mean for our nation? What does this mean for our community? What can and should we do?
