Topics include tricky issues involving pre-award interest, attorneys’ fees, in camera reviews, and non-party subpoenas; the arbitrator’s dual obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the proceedings as arbitrator, and to report attorney misconduct as attorney; and arbitrator and institutional immunity.
