Donald Trump faces an unprecedented number of legal challenges as he ramps up his campaign for the presidency. Professor Rebecca Roiphe will lead a discussion and provide an overview of the criminal and civil cases involving his conduct before, during, and after his presidency. Professor Roiphe will also discuss some of the strengths and weaknesses of the cases as well as the unique issues involved in indicting a former president who is currently campaigning for another term.
