Graduate Tax Independent Study

This course requires authorship of a significant paper representing substantial legal research. Topics must receive prior approval, and the research and writing must be supervised by a faculty member and graded on a numerical basis. By petition, TAX 610 may be used to satisfy the advanced tax planning seminar requirement.

This upper-level, independent writing and research course is limited to students enrolled in the LL.M. in Tax program.
