This course is for members of Law Review during their first semester of membership.

Law Review – Legal Scholarship

This course is required for and limited to students who have accepted a position on Law Review. This course has a dual focus, and each is integral to success on Law Review. The first focus is learning the Bluebook Rules, so that students can complete their cite and substance (C&S) assignments, and properly adhere to the Bluebook for their case comment assignments. The second focus is walking the student through the different sections of the case comment in terms of organization, analysis, substance, and argument.

This upper-level substantive course is for members of Law Review during their first semester of membership.
