Education Law and Practice

Students in this project-based learning course will provide legal services to the Charter High School for Law and Social Justice, a law-focused charter high school founded by the New York Law School Justice Action Center. The type of legal services will change based on the charter school’s needs, but will include work in areas such as adoption of legal policies, special education, contracts, labor and employment, not-for-profit law, and commercial lease issues.

This is a project-based learning course will students provide legal services to the Charter High School for Law and Social Justice.
