The Global Employee: Business Immigration Seminar
Students will meet on select dates in a specialized seminar focusing on the limits on U.S. business in the employment of foreign nationals. The course will build upon student interests and will also explore advanced business topics such as tax planning for foreign nationals, the intersection of employment and immigration laws, and the rights and restrictions on dependent family members. Seminar written work will include short papers and will allow the student to build a portfolio of writing samples relevant to employment in the field.
